This is designed Like the Flexi Trainer but you decide with my help how many weeks you want the block to be before the big day and to get your self or groom “Wedding ready”.
Then I will design the perfect programme to fit around your busy wedding scedule.
In this programme you will get the following :
– 1 Personal training Session depending on how often you want to one to ones to be. Most of my brides do every 2/4 weeks
– 1 Skype personal training session Per week ( Maybe more if you are abroad and not seeing me one to one).
– A Nutrition guide which includes recipes, tips and the dos and donts of eating.
– Your own personal Fitness programme to follow through the course of the block
