How It Works

10 sessions of a min of 10 people with 1 or 2 sessions per week depending on your schedule.

I have had many comments from corporate groups saying that doing the sessions helps them go back to the office and focus better and lift their energy levels for the rest of the day. They have also felt like they now bond better as a team as they have to overcome physical and mental battles during the boot camp together as a team.
