Would you like to have a recipe which is not only nourishing, healthy & delicious but can also help with your skin and gut health? If yes, then my friend Christina Lorrance has the perfect recipe below.

Christina is a fabulous nutritionist who has helped women all over the world with health problems and helped them feel their best again. She is an extremely passionate and talented women who never stops learning and going above and beyond to help her clients. I think that is why we gravitated towards each other on IG and have stayed in touch ever since.

Christina designed this smoothie especially for me as the taste, ingredients and healing benefits suited my needs perfectly. 



1/2 Avocado

1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder (I use Vital Proteins)

1 cup nut milk

1 cup frozen or fresh Strawberries 

1 liquid Bio- K Probiotic

1 tsp Udos Oil

Fill the rest with water and Enjoy!

You can add some Almond shavings on the top!
