Who is roxy fit?

Roxy Fit is the fitness company of Roxy Ekhaese, a former professional tennis player and now highly qualified personal trainer. Over the past 10 years as a personal trainer she has helped countless people on their roads to a new happier healthier and athletic life. During this time she has also built an expertise in pre and post natal training. Now she wants to help you.

Roxy’s goals are simple; she want to help you navigate your potential. Through a holistic approach to your wellbeing, nutrition and fitness, Roxy wants to help you to become a more positive, successful, confident and above all, happy individual who is proud of the physique and fitness level they have achieved.

Roxy has numerous qualifications such as a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition and a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage. To supplement this she is USCA Strength & Conditioning Accredited and has a Diploma in Pre & Post Natal training. This spectrum of qualifications allows her to offer her clients a complete package of knowledge and experience which can be used to carry you towards a new you.”
